The official app of the Campania Region provides users with convenient and rapid access to a wide range of healthcare services.

Upon logging in, users can:

• Schedule appointments and specialist examinations: Arrange outpatient visits through the regional CUP using an electronic prescription (NRE) from the National Health Service for yourself or your loved ones.
• Manage Appointments and Family Members: View, modify, or cancel appointments for yourself or family members directly from your smartphone, with centralized access to all available services.
• Make Payments and View Transaction History: Complete payments directly within the app and review past transactions.
• Access the Electronic Health Record (FSE): Consult and manage your health documents and data stored in the FSE; ensure you provide consent for healthcare providers to access updated information for better care.
• Select or Change Your Primary Care Physician or Pediatrician: Browse available healthcare providers in your area to choose or switch your doctor without visiting the local health authority office.
• Keep Your Vaccination Record Handy: Check your vaccination status and that of your family members, including upcoming appointments or incomplete immunizations at vaccination centers.
• Review Exemptions for Income, Medical Conditions, and Disabilities: Verify active ticket exemptions associated with your name or that of your family members.
• Self-certify Income-Based Exemptions: Submit a self-declaration within the app to obtain income-based exemption for healthcare tickets if eligible, even if the right belongs to another family member.
• COVID-19 Testing: All features of the e-Covid SINFONIA app are now accessible via SINFONIA Salute. Receive real-time notifications of test results, including antigenic, molecular, and rapid tests for you and your family members.

Additionally, users benefit from:

Quick and secure access using credentials such as SPID (Public Digital Identity System) or CIE (Electronic Identity Card). To enhance convenience, you can set a personal PIN or enable biometric recognition for fast login without re-entering credentials. This service is exclusively available to residents registered with healthcare coverage in Campania.
